This page explains who writes the guides on iptv.ae.org, where the information comes from, and how we keep it accurate.

Who writes our guides

Our guides are written by the IPTV UAE support team, the same people who answer customer questions on WhatsApp every day. Topics come from the problems customers actually bring to us: setting up apps, buffering, slow connections and blocked servers.

Where the information comes from

  • Our own support work: what we recommend to customers, such as a connection of at least 50 Mbps and the player apps we help people install.
  • Official sources: for internet providers, apps, laws and regulators we link to the provider, the app developer, the regulator or a major news outlet.
  • No invented data: we do not publish made-up test results, reviews or quotes.

How we check and update

  • Every guide is checked before it goes live: numbers, prices, app details and links.
  • Some drafts are prepared with the help of AI writing tools. A person on our team reviews and fact-checks every draft before publishing.
  • We update a guide when apps, providers or rules change, and the date at the top of the guide shows the last check.
  • Fixture pages are updated daily from official league and competition sources.

Our commercial interest

IPTV UAE sells IPTV subscriptions, so we have an interest in the topics we write about. Our guides say so where it matters, and the prices we show are our real prices.
