This policy explains what personal information iptv.ae.org (IPTV UAE, “we”) collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected].

What we collect

  • Order details: when you buy through our checkout we collect your name, email, phone number and billing details so we can deliver and manage your subscription.
  • WhatsApp and email messages: anything you send us for support or sales, including your phone number.
  • Contact and newsletter forms: the details you type in. Newsletter sign-ups are handled by Mailchimp.
  • Usage data: we use Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit) to see how visitors use the site. It collects things like pages viewed, device type and approximate location.
  • Cookies: small files needed for the cart, checkout and your account, plus analytics cookies.

Payments

Payments are handled by the payment provider you choose at checkout. We do not see or store your full card number.

Why we use it

  • To activate and deliver your subscription and send your login details.
  • To answer support questions and process refunds.
  • To keep the records we need for accounting and to prevent fraud.
  • To send you our newsletter, only if you signed up. You can unsubscribe any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the site: our hosting provider, the payment provider, Google (analytics), Mailchimp (newsletter) and WhatsApp (Meta), when you message us there. Each has its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and legal purposes. Support conversations and other data we keep only as long as they are useful for helping you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will deal with it. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the cart and checkout need some cookies to work.

Children

Our service is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.

IPTV checker expiry reminders

If you ask our IPTV checker to remind you before a line expires, we store only your email address and the expiry date, send one reminder email about three days before that date, and then delete both. We never store the login you checked. Every reminder email contains a link to remove your email at any time.
